Noelle's accident prone weekend.

This was not a good weekend for the princess. Saturday night in the midst of getting ready at my mother-in-laws house for Kristophor's Christmas party, Noelle fell. Sue (Kris's mom) was making dinner for Noelle and she was downstairs playing with daddy and papa, Sue called for her to come eat and i could hear her start walking up the stairs, she has climbed over and over. there is a small landing at the front door before continuing to the upstairs, this is where Noelle slipped and slid back down the stairs. I heard a blood curdling scream and ran from the bathroom, in only my spanx suit (lol its a very tight fitting suck all the fat in suit to wear under dresses : ) ) to find her in the middle of the stairs sobbing. i pick her up only to discover blood, and lots of it pouring from her mouth and down her chin. I run upstairs to the bathroom where Sue has gone in to grab a rag, we meet back in the kitchen and wipe up the blood and tears, she has bit almost through her tongue on both sides and badly scraped her chin, she was one sad little girl. Daddy came up to snuggle while i finished getting ready, well in the chaos that had just happened, Sue had thrown my dress on the bathroom counter right into the hot wax scentsy on the counter and yep, my dress was covered. luckily we were able to use an iron and paper towels to get all the wax out!
So Sunday night we head to my mom and dads for dinner and Noelle to stay the night, my mom and i were cooking dinner and then there goes Noelle again, screaming bloody murder. she runs into the kitchen blood dripping down her forehead, i sit on the floor and try to get her to calm down, in runs my dad and Kristophor and Connor, Connor keeps telling me
"aunt Brandi i will get sick if i see the blood! don't show me the blood!"
finally the commotion settles and we get Noelle cleaned up to find out she split her forehead on the footstool, which is covered in fabric, she must have hit it just right. we put a tight band aide over it in hopes it wont scar too badly.

So as you see it was not a good weekend for Noelle, and sad to say, i did not get Santa pictures last week like i was going to, oh well, it will be a Christmas to remember!

See the Dora band Aide??

Kristophor has returned to the working world!!!

As many of you know, Kristophor has recently gotten a new job! He is now working for a company called VPC, Ventilation Power Cleaning, http://ventilationpower.com/ this is the link to his job, i could not explain nor do i know much about this new job other then it pays the bills and hubby seems to enjoy it!
We went to his company Christmas party this past Saturday and had a blast and met new people, he thought i was nuts for wanting to invite over two of his co-workers and their wives and children for dinner, because they are part of the management team. i told him yes, but when lay offs come around you will be last! LOL nice train of thought huh?
Well Kristophor is working out at the Kimberly-Clark plant in Everett right now with his company, and he came home the other night to tell me stories about his day and how he has renamed his truck, SNUFFALUFFAGUS, apparently it has a long snout and is very large in size, i will take his word for it! All in all he seems to be enjoying the normal routine of daily life and so am i!!

Horrible Blogging

Wow, i don't think i could be anymore of a horrible blogger, it seems as though the days have gotten away from me and i cant find the time to accomplish anything but sleep after 9:30pm, which is such an accomplishment to my insomnia, and i will treasure this sleep, for the insomnia will return, it is only a matter of time. BUT on a lighter note, it has been a good month of December so far, but is it just me, or has it flown by!!??!! Noelle is getting excited for Santa to come and bring her presents, she isn't specific on which type of presents she wants, except for, lots of presents mommy, lots! Her adorable face and smile bring so much joy to Kristophor and i's lives around the holidays.  well, here's to more blogging and keeping up to date!
