Happy Halloween!!!

What a fun night, This was Noelle's third Halloween but the first one we have ever tricked or treated. She had so much fun chasing Connor around and collecting candy here and there. Kristophor's parents, Larry and Sue, came up and had dinner with us, which took 2 hours longer then it was supposed to but it was so so so yummy! first time making it. I made a Pork Loin roast and green beans with cranberries a honey glaze and pecans, like i said super yummy.
I am looking forward to re-capping the day tomorrow with our little princess, she was wayyyy to grumpy tonight to converse about the days events tonight.I hope everyone enjoyed there little trick or treaters tonight! Happy Halloween Everyone!

Somethings....

Somethings are better left alone, some better left unsaid.
I've watched you walk a million times in and out my head.
Watching, waiting for this feeling to subside
falling, crumbling, pain and tears and lies.

your face a constant reminder of days of long ago
not anything i wish to have again or evermore
these thoughts these feeling, of ramblings and nonsense
they all make sense to me my friend and i never will forget.

how you take these words is a story of your own
they mean nothing more to me then a tale of long ago.
no longer will i let them taunt me or hide between the cracks
be gone you hateful feelings, lies, sorrow and pain.
your loss will be my gain.

the Holiday season commences

I decided to start a blog to help my family and friends up to date with our life since it seems to just get busier this time of year.
We started our "year" off with Noelle's second birthday on september 24th, it was quite the event at my parents house with lots of pink and frill and cupcakes. We are now in October and we have enjoyed going to 5 pumpkin patches so far this year, which Noelle has very much enjoyed, she gets excited everytime she sees those bright orange balls.

Our new adventure has been potty training, it really wasn't a hard thing to do at all. i was anticipating a very long hard road, but one day about a month ago Noelle decided she didn't like to be poopy, so she started telling us when she had to go, in turn she didn't like being wet so we started putting her in underwear and we have only had a total of three accidents in this adventure! For two consecutive nap times two days in a row she has woken up dry! we still wear pull-ups at nap and night time. We are so so proud of Noelle for being such a big girl!!!
